# Season Bible: The Made and the Unmade > [!warning] Provisional planning doc > Internal direction only. Not vault content and not for publish. This is a living throughline for the current season and will change as the remaining streamed campaigns are canonized and as the Stone and Sovereign campaign comes together. If it ever disagrees with CANON.md, CANON.md wins and this doc gets updated. PROPOSED beats are marked. Everything else is drawn from canon already on the page. ## The spine Every major thread this season is asking one question. What do you do with a soul and a made body. Discord erases Lore and memory. The Skyvault was raised by Fell who gave their souls up to seal it. The Forsaken are those who kept what they were told to give. Vyrathis keeps its dead and calls the keeping love. The season's armies are three answers to the same heresy, and the climax should feel like an argument between them rather than a field of hordes. ## The three methods | Method | Who | Canon basis | Theme | How it should play | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Hollow | Magnus Bane and the Unforged | Unforged are proto-Ironclad with the frame raised but the oath never set, hollow enough for Discord to fill. Two walk with Magnus now. | Erasure. Discord's method wearing a face. | Mute and relentless, and they take something from you. Contact erases a skill, a memory, or a point of Lore until you win it back. | | Kept | Glower and the Riftrunner hybrids | Glower rebuilt Lantern in Mireleor as a hybrid Ironclad that kept most of his memory and self. The Riftrunners fear their best work becoming the Unforged. | Continuity of self, the hopeful answer that might damn the dead it saves. | Tactical and personable. They rift in and out, ambush, retreat, and they talk. Allies as often as threats. | | Fused | The Keelser and the Calamiter line | A Calamiter is an Uramitar crystal fused to a blade. Driven into a body and left, bearer, victim, and the dreamer fuse into a Keelser. Known Calamiters: Dirge (Selvara) and the Pale Blade. | The contagion. Needs no smith and no oath, only a blade left in a body. | Rare, singular, boss-tier. A Keelser eats the weapon that strikes it and grows. You do not field these in numbers, which is exactly why an army of them is the nightmare escalation. | The three map onto cosmology already written: the Skyvault sacrifice (give the soul up), the Forsaken sin (keep what you were told to give), and Vyrathis (keep the dead and wear their faces). ## The three production-legs [PROPOSED] Right now Magnus has two Unforged and Glower has one Lantern. An army needs a multiplier, and three already exist in canon. Whoever joins them gets a factory. - **Mireleor's forges.** Where Ironclad and Unforged frames are made. - **The Pentifax.** The summoning tome Magnus killed Lantern to take. - **The Calamiter secret.** The making of a Calamiter, whispered to Whip right now by the Uramitar inside Sunderbane. The doomsday line is the Calamiter secret reaching Magnus. His Unforged stop being mute puppets and become Keelser-grade fused soldiers. One leak turns a creepy duo into an end-of-world army. It can be chased, stolen, or ended, because the knowledge lives in a blade carried by a trickster stuck between worlds. ## The wildcard: the loose Keelser The Keelser wearing Vaelith's near-god Vyrathe body (see The Crimson Heir) is a free third side. No one's ally, drawn toward more Uramitar. It can be recruited as a template, hunted as a prototype, or decide it wants no company and burn the whole project down. Keep it neutral and let player choices tip it. ## The heart: Lantern Lantern is the only being that came through the frame and kept himself. Magnus murdered him, Glower remade him, and he is the question the season is asking, standing up and walking around. Both army-builders need him. Magnus to prove the kept path is a lie, Glower to replicate it. The loose Keelser may recognize a kindred remade thing. The finale's weight belongs on Lantern deciding what a remade life is for, while the armies fight over the means to make more of him. ## Stone and Sovereign (season campaign, in planning) The campaign being built for this season, expected to anchor the throughline above. Content to be filled in as planning continues. Treat the spine and the production-legs as the connective tissue this campaign and the remaining streamed sessions can pull on. ## Design cautions - Armies wreck a cinematic small-combat engine. Do not field hordes. Give each army one or two named champions and a battlefield mechanic, and sell the scale of an army through one terrifying room rather than a hundred tokens. - Keep the three villains opposed to each other, not only to the Fell. Magnus serves Discord, Glower is trying to save the dead and may damn them, the Keelser wants nothing. Three-way tension beats a team-up. - Whip is a person, not a plot device. The most dangerous knowledge of the season belongs to someone who will sell it to whoever pays, and the Fell have to choose whether to buy it, steal it, or end it. ## Open flags and pending rulings - Naming. The talking weapon is a Calamiter and the embodied lost lineage it makes is a Keelser, per The Keelser page. The table also called the lineage Kelsair. Confirm which name is current. - The Unforged are two figures on the page today. Scaling them to an army is an escalation not yet written. Same for Glower's hybrid army, which is proposed only. - Magnus is recorded as the first Forsaken of the current age, with Mordaine the elder-age first. Keep that distinction. - The Crimson Heir's claim that the haze was Malachar's doing rather than Discord's was treated as an unreliable in-story revelation and not canonized. The Crimson Haze stays an Aspect of Discord. ## Canon anchors Magnus Bane, The Unforged, The Riftrunners, The Ironclad, Glower, and Lantern. The Keelser, Sunderbane, and the Pale Blade with Vaelith from The Crimson Heir. Whip and the Smithlocks from The Drums of Fellwinter. The forge-world Mireleor and the stratums Elysara, Brimsever, and Vyrathis. The Forsaken and the Skyvault sacrifice from the Fallen Lore.
