# Endurance > *"How long can I keep going?"* Endurance is the skill of continuing when continuing is hard. The steady burn of a body that refuses to stop moving regardless of how long the road has been. It governs sustained physical effort across time and distance. Long marches, open water, grueling labor, environmental extremes, and the accumulated weight of a journey that has asked too much. A Fell trained in Endurance does not tire on the same schedule as everyone else. They push past the point where the body says to stop and find that there is more left. In the Sphere, Endurance has won campaigns that superior forces should have taken, outlasted pursuits that should have ended, and kept the Fell moving through conditions that stopped armies.
