# The FellGuide
The FellGuide is the player's rulebook, companion, and compass for LoreFell. It is more than a manual of mechanics. It is a living codex that gathers the rules governing combat, the definitions that clarify play, and the lore that holds the Sphere together. Every lineage, every brand of magic, every affliction and discordant is bound within these pages. Use it as a reference at the table or read it cover to cover. Either way, it is the foundation of your game.
For players, it is the key to building a Fell. It covers attributes and skills, earning brands, choosing lineages, and finding the motivations and origins that give a character real weight. The full arsenal of lore is here too: weapons, armor, lorebounds, the currency that drives progression, and the rules of battle where chance and choice determine everything. It gives you the tools to play and the structure to tell your story.
For LoreMasters, it is a framework. The Sphere is vast and chaotic, and this book organizes it into something workable without locking anything down.
