# Vitality
Vitality is the shaping of life's essence. The ability to mend wounds, restore strength, and pull someone back from the edge. It is not only survival of the self but the power to extend that survival to others, to keep the flame burning where it would otherwise go out.
A Fell trained in Vitality can close wounds through touch or ritual, purge sickness and poison, and restore vigor to allies drained by fatigue or affliction. At its highest levels, Vitality touches resurrection, drawing back those who have fallen and giving their story another chapter when all seemed finished.
In the Sphere, healers have turned battlefields into sanctuaries, carried the wounded across wastelands, and rekindled hearts that had already stopped. For the Fell, Vitality is both gift and weight. To heal is also to choose who gets saved when not everyone can be.
