# Recovery
Recovery is your ability to heal and restore after taking damage. Not resistance to harm and not pushing through it, but the body's capacity to bounce back once the hit has already landed. A Fell with strong Recovery heals faster, gets back on their feet sooner, and can lend that same restorative energy to allies who need it.
A Fell trained in Recovery can accelerate their natural healing between and during encounters, grant temporary bursts of Vitality to companions running low, and stabilize those on the edge of death long enough for proper aid to arrive. It is the practiced harnessing of the body's own momentum toward repair, knowing how to help it do what it already wants to do, only faster.
In the Sphere, Recovery belongs to those who returned from injuries that should have been permanent, kept parties moving through campaigns that would have broken anyone without that foundation, and turned what should have been a slow death into a temporary setback.
