# Endurance
Endurance is your capacity for sustained physical effort. Not the explosive strength of Power or the resistance to harm of Toughness, but the ability to keep the body performing over time: long marches, extended swims, hours of manual labor, grueling overland travel. Anything that demands physical output stretched across distance or duration rather than a single moment of force.
A Fell skilled in Endurance can swim across currents that would exhaust others, march through the night without losing pace, hold a defensive position through wave after wave of attackers, and carry out demanding physical work without accumulating the fatigue that breaks down everyone else. It also governs the imprinting of abilities into objects or terrain outside of combat, a process that demands long, steady focus from the body as much as the mind.
In the Sphere, Endurance belongs to those who moved armies across wastelands, crossed open water without a vessel, worked at their craft for days without stopping, and pressed on when every signal from their body said it was time to stop.
**Movement:** Roll 1d6 + Endurance to determine how many spaces you swim, if successful.
