# Arcane
Arcane is the raw current of spellcraft. The shaping of energy into force, the unraveling of wards, and the projection of destructive will. It is the most direct channel of magic, unfiltered and unsoftened, used as both weapon and shield against the supernatural.
A Fell trained in Arcane can unleash bolts of force, counter the spells of others, or break through magical barriers that would stop anything else. Where Mysticism weaves carefully and Elemental draws on primal forces, Arcane operates in the immediate: the sharp strike of a spell, the shattering wave of force, the decisive cut of counter-magic when there is no time for anything else.
In the Sphere, Arcane has scarred landscapes and rewritten histories. Cities crumble under unchecked surges. Heroes rise through disciplined study of its currents. Discord itself moves through its deeper echoes. To wield Arcane is to touch something that does not distinguish between destroying enemies and destroying everything nearby.
