# Toughness
Toughness is your resistance to physical punishment. The ability to take a hit, absorb the damage, and keep fighting without slowing down. Where Durability is the attribute that measures how much your body can withstand, Toughness is the skill of pushing through physical harm in the moment, refusing to let wounds, impacts, or physical afflictions stop you from acting.
A Fell trained in Toughness can fight through pain that would sideline others, resist physical conditions that impair movement or strength, and stay upright under punishment that should have put them down. It is the discipline of those who take the hit on purpose because they know they can handle it.
In the Sphere, Toughness belongs to champions who fought through broken ribs, warriors who shrugged off blows that shattered weapons, and frontline fighters who treated every physical setback as a minor inconvenience worth ignoring until the fight was over.
