# Resilience Resilience is your defense against magical harm and environmental punishment. Poison, disease, extreme cold, burning heat, cursed air, leyline sickness. Anything that wears you down through exposure or arcane effect rather than a direct blow. A Fell with high Resilience is harder to corrode, harder to infect, and harder to unravel through the slow work of the world's nastier forces. A Fell skilled in Resilience can endure hostile environments without faltering, shake off magical conditions faster than others, and keep functioning in places that would incapacitate someone without that foundation. It is the discipline of those who travel through dangerous places and come out the other side intact.
